Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and finely chopped Serrano peppers. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully remove the salmon from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off.

  4. 4

    Sear the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden brown. Gently flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the salmon from the skillet and place it on a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and garnish with chopped green onions. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
