Searing the Fish
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper. Once the oil is hot, place the fish fillets skin-side down in the skillet. Sear for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through.

Preparing the Sauce
In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until translucent. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes, basil, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving the Dish
On a plate, place a portion of mushroom duxelle. Top with a seared fish fillet and drizzle with fire-roasted tomato sauce. Serve hot.
