Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Add the tiger shrimp and toss to coat. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

2

Prepare the Oysters

Clean the oysters under cold water. Shuck them carefully, keeping the oyster in the bottom shell. Place them on a serving platter.

3

Slice the Sashimi

Thinly slice the tuna and salmon into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a separate serving plate.

Cooking

4

Cook the Shrimp

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

Serving

5

Plate the Dish

On a large serving platter, arrange the cooked shrimp, shucked oysters, and sliced sashimi. Garnish with lemon wedges and microgreens or seaweed.
