Prepare the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, muddle the red shiso leaves and umeboshi to release their flavors.
Mix the Drink
Add the gin, St. Germain, and lemon juice to the mixing glass. Fill with ice and stir well to combine.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Add Soda
Top with soda water and gently stir to combine.
