Preparation

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Cook the Clams and Mussels
In the same skillet, add the clams and mussels. Add a splash of water, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until they open. Discard any that do not open.

Making the Sauce

Prepare the Garlic Cream Sauce
In the skillet where the seafood was cooked, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce thickens slightly.

Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked pasta, shrimp, clams, and mussels to the sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta and seafood in the sauce. Serve the seared fish on top, and garnish with chopped parsley.
