Method

Meatloaf Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Shape and Bake

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Mushroom Gravy Preparation

  1. 4

    Sauté Mushrooms

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.

  2. 5

    Make Gravy

Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well. Slowly add beef broth while stirring to avoid lumps. Add soy sauce and black pepper. Let the gravy simmer until thickened.

Beer Battered Onion Rings Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare Batter

In a bowl, mix flour, beer, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

  2. 7

    Heat Oil

In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  3. 8

    Fry Onion Rings

Dip onion rings in the batter, then carefully place them in hot oil. Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.

Yukon Mash Preparation

  1. 9

    Boil Potatoes

In a large pot, cover the Yukon Gold potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 10

    Mash Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.
