Preparation of Meats

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the applewood smoked bacon until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the chicken and pork sausages. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and slice the sausages.

Frittata

  1. 3

    Prepare the Frittata Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, milk, salt, and pepper. Stir in cheese, bell peppers, spinach, and onions.

  2. 4

    Cook the Frittata

Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook on low heat until the edges start to set. Transfer to a preheated oven at 375°F and bake for 15-20 minutes until fully set.

Hash Browns

  1. 5

    Prepare Hash Browns

In a bowl, mix the shredded potatoes with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tbs of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the potatoes. Cook until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.

French Toast

  1. 6

    Make French Toast

In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt. Dip sweetbread slices in the mixture, coating well. Cook in a skillet with butter over medium heat until golden on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve French toast warm with maple syrup.
