Prepare the Steak Marinade

Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Add the Kalbi ribeye steaks, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Cook the Spicy Cherry Tomato Sambal

Prepare the Sambal
In a skillet over medium heat, add cherry tomatoes, minced red chili, and minced garlic. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the tomatoes soften. Stir in lime juice and salt. Set aside.
Make the Fried Rice

Fry the Bacon
In a large skillet or wok, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the skillet.
