Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, then season generously with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat your grill to high heat. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Tomato Sambal Preparation

  1. 3

    Make the Sambal

In a bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, red chili, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Chorizo Garlic Long Beans Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Long Beans

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chorizo and cook until browned. Add minced garlic and long beans, season with salt and black pepper. Sauté until the beans are tender and bright green, about 5-7 minutes.
