Preparation of Crust

Prepare the Crust
In a food processor, combine macadamia nuts, panko breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until the macadamias are finely chopped but not a paste. Set aside.
Cooking Fish

Cook the Fish
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the Crust
Evenly distribute the macadamia nut mixture on top of each fish fillet, pressing down gently to adhere.

Bake the Fish
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
Lobster Butter Sauce

Prepare Lobster Butter Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the chopped lobster tail and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Plate the macadamia nut crusted fish and drizzle generously with lobster butter sauce. Garnish with fresh chives.
