In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweet rice flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, combine the eggs, coconut milk, lilikoi puree, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Preheat the Waffle Iron
Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions. Lightly grease it with butter.

Pour the batter into the preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crispy. Repeat with the remaining batter.

Brown the Butter
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Transfer the brown butter to a mixing bowl and whip until light and fluffy.
