Make the Blue Cheese Remoulade
In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled blue cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Prepare the Spiced Maple Bacon
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange bacon strips on a baking sheet. Drizzle with maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy, then chop into bits.

Make the Stuffing Croutons
In a skillet, heat vegetable broth over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery, cooking until softened. Stir in cubed bread, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and cook until the bread is toasted and crispy. Set aside.

Assemble the Kula Butter Leaf
Take a butter lettuce leaf and spread a spoonful of blue cheese remoulade. Top with spiced maple bacon bits and a generous amount of stuffing croutons. Serve immediately and enjoy!
