Prepare Sushi Rice

Cook Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rinsed rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes.

Season Rice
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the warm sushi rice and let it cool to room temperature.
Prepare Ahi Poke

Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine diced ahi tuna, kiawe smoked soy sauce, chopped green onions, sesame oil, and sea salt. Gently toss to combine all ingredients.

Add Inamona
Sprinkle crushed macadamia nuts over the poke mixture and gently fold to incorporate.
Serve

Plate and Enjoy
Serve the ahi poke over a bed of sushi rice. Garnish with additional green onions if desired.
