Method

Hibachi Grilled Salmon

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your hibachi grill. Rub the organic king salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until the salmon is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Japanese Cucumber & Wakame Salad

  1. 3

    Prepare the Wakame

Soak the dried wakame seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes until it expands. Drain and set aside.

  2. 4

    Make the Salad

In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, rehydrated wakame, rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions. Toss gently to combine.

Waikiki Ponzu

    Mix the Ponzu Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, fresh lemon juice, rice vinegar, mirin, and dashi stock until well combined.
