Ribeye Steak

Furikake Seasoned Shoestring Potatoes

Spinach-Onion Salad

Method

Prepare the Ribeye Steak

  1. 1

    Season the Ribeye

Rub the ribeye steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Grill the ribeye for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Prepare the Shoestring Potatoes

  1. 4

    Cut the Potatoes

Peel the russet potatoes and cut them into thin shoestring shapes.

  2. 5

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shoestring potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 6

    Season the Potatoes

While still hot, sprinkle the fried potatoes with furikake seasoning.

Prepare the Spinach-Onion Salad

  1. 7

    Mix the Salad

In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach and thinly sliced red onion.

  2. 8

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the spinach and onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss gently to combine.
