Method

Grilling the Pork Chop

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Rub the pork chop with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork Chop

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork chop for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove from the grill and let rest.

O.S.P Puree

  1. 3

    Cook the Puree

In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped shallots and garlic; sauté until soft. Stir in oregano and cook for another minute. Add vegetable stock, salt, and black pepper; simmer for 10 minutes. Blend until smooth.

Ginger Streusel

  1. 4

    Make the Streusel

In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, brown sugar, ground ginger, melted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Aloha Tofu Champuru

  1. 5

    Prepare the Tofu Dish

In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add cubed tofu, green onions, and carrot; stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes. Add soy sauce and salt to taste.
