Wasabi Butter Preparation

1. Make the Wasabi Butter

In a mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, wasabi paste, lemon juice, and salt. Mix until well blended and smooth. Set aside.

Sushi Roll Assembly

2. Prepare the Sushi Rice

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, allow to cool slightly.

3. Assemble the Rolls

On a bamboo sushi mat, place a nori sheet shiny side down. Spread a layer of sushi rice evenly on the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
