Prepare the Vegetables
Trim the ends of the brussel sprouts and cut them in half. Chop the cauliflower into small florets. Peel and thinly slice the shallots.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Vegetables
Add the brussel sprouts and cauliflower to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are golden brown and tender.

Add Shallots and Raisins
Add the sliced shallots and golden raisins to the skillet. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the shallots are soft.

Finish with Balsamic
Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle the white balsamic vinegar over the vegetables. Toss to combine.

Garnish with Pine Nuts
Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts before serving.
