Chicken Spring Rolls

Mongolian Ribs

Method

Chicken Spring Rolls

  1. 1

    Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage, carrots, and soy sauce. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Wrap the Rolls

Take a spring roll wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling at the bottom, fold up the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

  3. 3

    Fry the Rolls

In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Mongolian Ribs

  1. 4

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, minced garlic, and ground black pepper.

  2. 5

    Marinate the Ribs

Place the ribs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  3. 6

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat the grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Cook the ribs for about 2-3 hours until tender, basting with the marinade occasionally. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Tempura Spicy Ahi

  1. 7

    Prepare the Tempura Batter

In a bowl, combine tempura batter mix and cold water until smooth.

  2. 8

    Heat the Oil

In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

  3. 9

    Fry the Ahi

Dip the pieces of ahi tuna into the batter and carefully lower them into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 10

    Serve

Drizzle spicy mayo over the tempura and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
