Wrap the Rolls
Take a spring roll wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling at the bottom, fold up the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

Fry the Rolls
In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Mongolian Ribs

Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, minced garlic, and ground black pepper.

Marinate the Ribs
Place the ribs in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Cook the Ribs
Preheat the grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Cook the ribs for about 2-3 hours until tender, basting with the marinade occasionally. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Tempura Spicy Ahi

Prepare the Tempura Batter
In a bowl, combine tempura batter mix and cold water until smooth.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.

Fry the Ahi
Dip the pieces of ahi tuna into the batter and carefully lower them into the hot oil. Fry until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Serve
Drizzle spicy mayo over the tempura and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
