Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Toss the cubed Hawaiian sweet bread with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and let cool.

In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Gradually whisk in the olive oil until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

In a large bowl, toss the chopped Romaine lettuce with the creamy Caesar dressing until well coated. Add the croutons and toss gently to combine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
