Method
Cake Preparation

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Combine Mixtures
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the boiling water until smooth.

Bake
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool.
Chocolate Ganache Preparation

Heat Cream
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling.

Mix with Chocolate
Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Stir until smooth and glossy. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over the cooled cake.
Raspberry Coulis Preparation

Blend
Remove from heat, let cool, then blend until smooth. Strain to remove seeds if desired.
Whipped Cream Preparation

Whip Cream
In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

Bake Crumble
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes until crisp. Let cool.
