Cook the Chicken
In a pan over medium heat, cook the shredded chicken until fully cooked and set aside.

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, cabbage, carrot, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.

Assemble the Spring Rolls
Place a spring roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the filling onto the wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Fry the Spring Rolls
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry spring rolls until golden brown on all sides. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Mix the Sauce Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine black bean paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, chili flakes, and water. Stir until well blended.
