Preparation of Chicken Wings

Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake the Wings
Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Make the Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
Blue Cheese Sauce Preparation

Make the Blue Cheese Sauce
In a bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Combine and Serve
Once the wings are done baking, toss them in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Serve immediately with celery stalks and blue cheese sauce on the side.
