Fritters Preparation

  1. 1

    Mix the Batter

In a large bowl, combine the blue crab meat, sweet corn, flour, eggs, green onions, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. 3

    Fry the Fritters

Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Bacon Marmalade Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and drain excess fat.

  2. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, yuzu kosho, lemon juice, and dill pickles until well combined.
