Prepare the Chickpeas
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and drain the cooked chickpeas. Spread them on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil, togarashi seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Toss to coat evenly.

Roast the Chickpeas
Roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Blister the Shishito Peppers
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shishito peppers and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are blistered and slightly charred.

Season the Peppers
Once blistered, remove the peppers from heat. Drizzle with lemon oil and sprinkle with furikake seasoning and a pinch of salt.

Serve the blistered shishito peppers alongside the crispy togarashi chickpeas as a delicious snack.
