Method
Preparing the Brussels Sprouts
- 1
Roast Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, orange zest, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Cook Bacon
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet. Place the bacon slices on top of the Brussels sprouts. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked to your liking.
Making Spiced Almonds

Prepare Almonds
While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the spiced almonds. In a bowl, combine the almonds, olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, and salt. Toss until the almonds are evenly coated.
- 4
Roast Almonds
Spread the almonds on a separate baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden and fragrant. Stir occasionally to ensure even roasting.
Assembling the Dish

Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts and bacon are done roasting, remove them from the oven. Crumble the B.I goat cheese over the warm Brussels sprouts and top with the spiced almonds. Serve immediately.
