Pork Belly Preparation

    Braised Pork Belly

    In a large pot, combine pork belly, soy sauce, grated ginger, brown sugar, minced garlic, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cover. Cook for 2-3 hours until tender. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, then slice into pieces.

Ground Pork Preparation

    Cook Ground Pork

    In a skillet over medium heat, add ground pork, soy sauce, sriracha, and green onions. Cook until the pork is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. Set aside.

Dumplings Preparation

    Prepare Dumplings

    Steam or boil the pork & shrimp dumplings according to package instructions. Set aside.

Ramen Assembly

    Prepare Ramen Noodles and Broth

    In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

    Assemble the Bowl

    In serving bowls, layer the ramen noodles, braised pork belly, cooked ground pork, dumplings, won bok, and bean sprouts. Top with pickled ginger. Serve hot.
