Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C) to prepare for grilling the salmon.

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 5

Toss with Olive Oil and Salt

In a large bowl, toss the chopped vegetables with olive oil and salt until they are evenly coated.

Grilling the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the vegetables on the grill (you can use a grill basket if needed) and grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate and Serve

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled, plate them together. Serve the grilled salmon with a side of seasonal vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
