For the Crab Cake Club

Method

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Cakes

In a large bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, breadcrumbs, egg, green onion, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crab Cakes

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the crab cakes for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and set aside on paper towels to drain excess grease.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Toast the burger buns lightly. On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a crab cake, a slice of tomato, and 2 strips of bacon. Spread some mustard mayo on the top half of the bun and place it on top.

  5. 5

    Serve with Fries

Serve the Crab Cake Clubs with a side of fries.
