Prepare Pasta and Broccoli
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets. Drain and set aside.

Cook Andouille Sausage
In a large skillet, cook the chopped andouille sausage over medium heat until browned and heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.

Make Cheese Sauce
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Add in the garlic powder, salt, black pepper, cheddar, and provolone cheese. Stir until cheeses melt and sauce is smooth.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, broccoli, and andouille sausage. Pour the cheese sauce over the mixture and stir until evenly coated.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish.

Make the Crust
In a small bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs with grated parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the mac and cheese.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
