Steak Preparation

Season the Steak
Pat the flat iron steaks dry with paper towels. Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

Rest the Steak
Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Chimichurri Sauce Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a bowl, mix together chopped parsley, oregano, minced garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt.

Let it Sit
Allow the chimichurri sauce to sit for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Truffle Fries Preparation

Prepare the Potatoes
Cut the russet potatoes into fries. Soak them in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch, then drain and pat dry.

Season the Fries
Drizzle fries with truffle oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper while they're still hot. Toss to coat evenly.
Lemon-Garlic Aioli Preparation

Mix the Ingredients
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and salt. Stir until well combined.

Refrigerate the aioli for at least 15 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
