Prepare the Ahi Tuna
Dice the Ahi tuna into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Make the Avocado Mixture
Scoop out the avocado and mash it until smooth. Add soy sauce, wasabi, and mix well.

Plate the Appetizer
Spoon the avocado mixture onto a plate and top with diced Ahi tuna. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Season the salmon fillet with salt and black pepper.

Prepare Asparagus
Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Bake the Salmon and Asparagus
Place the salmon and asparagus on a baking tray. Slice the lemon and place it on top of the salmon. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.

In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate on low heat, stirring continuously.
