Method

Appetizers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Bruschetta

Slice the loaf of bread into 1-inch thick slices and lightly toast them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Make the Topping

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, finely chopped fresh basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic reduction, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Assemble

Top each toasted bread slice with the tomato mixture and serve immediately.

Main Course

  1. 4

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook the Chicken

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through and juices run clear.

  3. 6

    Serve

Serve the grilled chicken with a side of your choice.

Dessert

  1. 7

    Prepare the Ganache

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

  2. 8

    Heat the Cream

In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just boiling. Pour over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

  3. 9

    Mix

Stir the mixture until smooth and creamy. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well.

  4. 10

    Chill

Let the ganache cool slightly before pouring into serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
