Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, and broccoli. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  2. 3

    Add Tomatoes

Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.

Combining

  1. 4

    Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the vegetables. Pour in the salt, black pepper, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together gently to coat the pasta and vegetables with the sauce.

  2. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and fresh basil. Toss lightly before serving. Enjoy your Pasta Primavera!
