Method
Preparation of Rice

Cook the Sushi Rice
Rinse 1 cup of sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to package instructions, usually in a rice cooker or on the stovetop.

Season the Rice
In a small saucepan, combine 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Heat gently until sugar and salt are dissolved. Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and gently fold in the vinegar mixture. Allow to cool.
Preparing the Proteins

Prepare the Tuna and Salmon
Slice the fresh tuna and salmon into thin sashimi-like pieces. Arrange them on a plate.

Prepare the Octopus
Slice the cooked octopus into thin, bite-sized pieces and place them alongside the tuna and salmon.
Vegetable Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Thinly slice the avocado, cucumber, and radishes. Arrange them beautifully on a serving platter.

Add Sauces
Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add a dollop of wasabi and some pickled ginger on the side.
