Method

Appetizer

  1. 1

    Prepare Caprese Salad

Slice the fresh mozzarella and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a plate, alternating between the mozzarella and tomatoes. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Main Course

  1. 2

    Cook the Chicken

In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. In the last couple of minutes, add lemon juice and chopped fresh rosemary to the skillet. Baste the chicken with the juices.

Dessert

  1. 3

    Make Chocolate Ganache

Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 1-2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sea salt to taste. Allow to cool before serving.
