Prepare the Oysters
Shuck the fresh oysters and arrange them on a plate with crushed ice.

Make Mignonette Sauce
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, shallots, and pepper. Mix well.

Garnish oysters with lemon wedges and serve with mignonette sauce on the side.

Season the Filet Mignon
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the filet mignon.

Sauté the Asparagus
In the same skillet, add asparagus and drizzle with truffle oil. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Melt the Chocolate
In a double boiler, melt dark chocolate until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract.
