    Prepare the Oysters

    Shuck the fresh oysters and arrange them on a plate with crushed ice.

    Make Mignonette Sauce

    In a small bowl, combine vinegar, shallots, and pepper. Mix well.

    Garnish oysters with lemon wedges and serve with mignonette sauce on the side.

    Season the Filet Mignon

    Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the filet mignon.

    Sear the Filet

    In a hot skillet, melt butter and sear the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.

    In the same skillet, add asparagus and drizzle with truffle oil. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender.

    Place the filet mignon on a plate, arrange asparagus beside it, and drizzle with any remaining butter from the pan.
