Cook Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Coat with Breadcrumbs
In a bowl, coat the seasoned chicken with olive oil. Then, roll the chicken in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Bake the Chicken
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Make Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, Caesar dressing, tomato paste, and lemon juice until well combined.
Assemble the Wrap

Prepare the Focaccia
Take the slices of focaccia bread and lightly toast them if desired.

Layer Ingredients
On one slice of focaccia, layer the gem lettuce, sliced tomato, and the crispy baked chicken. Drizzle with the smoked tomato Caesar dressing.

Top it off with a handful of potato chips for crunch, then place the second slice of focaccia on top to close the wrap.
