Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Beef

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Pat Lafrieda beef patty with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Add aged cheddar cheese on top during the last minute to melt.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Burger

While the beef is cooking, slice the tomatoes and red onions. Toast the burger bun if desired. Assemble the burger by placing the lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by the cooked beef patty with melted cheese, tomatoes, red onions, and house sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

Hand Cut Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to make fries. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.

  2. 4

    Fry the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Drain and pat dry the soaked potatoes. Carefully add them to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt to taste.
