Method

For the Grilled Chicken Sandwich

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Remove from grill and let it rest.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Sandwich

Toast the sandwich buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes. Place the grilled chicken on the bottom half of the bun, top with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, and house slaw. Close the sandwich with the top half of the bun.

For the House Slaw

  1. 3

    Make the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is combined and set aside to chill in the refrigerator.

For the Hand Cut Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Fries

Cut the russet potatoes into thin strips. Rinse them in cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. In a large pot, heat vegetable oil until it reaches 350°F (175°C). Fry the potato strips in batches until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with salt.

For the Spicy Aioli

  1. 5

    Mix the Aioli

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
