Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and easily flakes with a fork.

Preparing the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 4

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and trim the asparagus. Cut the bell peppers into strips and slice the zucchini.

  2. 5

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, toss the prepared vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have nice grill marks.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate the Dish

Once the salmon and vegetables are grilled to perfection, remove them from the grill. Plate the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables and serve immediately.
