Mini Cheeseburgers

Method

Mini Cheeseburgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape them into mini patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Place the mini patties on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

To assemble, place each patty on a mini burger bun. Top with shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and desired amounts of ketchup and mustard. Close the burger with the top bun.

Fries

  1. 5

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into fries and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

Drizzle with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Toss until the fries are well coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
