Method

Mini Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Combine until well mixed.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into small patties.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

Place each cooked patty on a mini burger bun. Add lettuce, a slice of tomato, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Directions

  1. 5

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 6

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the potato strips with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  3. 7

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
