Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the marinated fish on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before breaking it into pieces.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix the Slaw Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Toss well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Lime Crema Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Lime Crema

In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Adjust the salt to taste. Set aside.

Assembling Tacos

  1. 5

    Assemble the Fish Tacos

Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Place a portion of grilled fish on each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with lime crema. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
