Burger Patty

Burger Assembly

Method

Prepare the Burger Patty

  1. 1

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well blended.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F. Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.

Assemble the Burger

  1. 4

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  2. 5

    Layer the Ingredients

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a cooked beef patty with melted cheese, a couple of tomato slices, and a tablespoon of special sauce.

  3. 6

    Finish the Burger

Top with the other half of the bun and press down gently. Repeat for the second burger.

Prepare the Fries

  1. 7

    Cook the Fries

Bake or fry the frozen French fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

  2. 8

    Season the Fries

Remove the fries from the oven or fryer and season with salt to taste.
