Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Mix well until fully combined.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken quarters to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the marinated chicken quarters skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.
