Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in milk and bring to a simmer. Continue to cook, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).

  3. 3

    Add the Cheese

Once the sauce has thickened, remove from heat and stir in the cheddar and Gruyère cheeses until melted and smooth. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste.

  4. 4

    Combine Pasta and Lobster

Fold the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce until well combined.

  5. 5

    Prepare for Baking

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish and evenly spread it out.

  6. 6

    Add Topping and Bake

Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top of the macaroni and cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.

  7. 7

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
