Lobster Dip

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Dip

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked lobster meat, gruyere cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, roasted red peppers, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

  2. 2

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the lobster mixture to a baking dish and smooth out the top with a spatula.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Brioche Topping

In a separate bowl, toss the cubed brioche with olive oil until well coated. Spread the brioche cubes evenly over the top of the lobster mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the lobster dip for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with grilled focaccia on the side.
