Preparation of Brussels Sprouts
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are well coated.
Roasting

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, shaking the pan halfway through cooking to ensure even roasting.

Make the Chili Aioli
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chili paste, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt if necessary.
Combine and Serve
- 5
