Method
Cauliflower Bites Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) to prepare for baking the cauliflower.
- 2
Prepare the Cauliflower
Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Make sure they are all roughly the same size for even cooking.
- 3
Make the Batter
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth to form a batter.
- 4
Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.
- 5
Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- 6
Add Buffalo Sauce
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss it in buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Ranch Dressing Preparation
- 7
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 8
Chill the Dressing
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
